Denny’s reached out in 2022, with an idea of creating floating food for use on their October menu. This challenge was right up our alley, and we were thrilled that they were trusting us with the project. Capturing the builds in camera as much as possible was very important to us, to ensure they felt real, and not overly composited. Food stylist Paige Fletcher and Josh built extremely intricate sets with a menagerie of wires, pins, and various other improvised supports. The effort paid off, as the final images were exactly what the team was aiming for. From there, the partnership with Denny’s has continued to blossom. The new life that Denny’s creative team is breathing into the brand’s aesthetics has been so much fun to capture.
